I purchased your product. How can I download it?

As soon as your transaction has been completed a link is automatically generated to the email address that you provide. Please check your "Spam" folder in case it has landed there.
You will receive our e-mail within a few minutes, depending on the speed of your server. If 20 minutes have passed from your purchase, please let us know. We will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

What is royalty-free music?

Music purchased from Sailmusiclibrary.com is royalty free. This means that after paying a one-time fee you can use the music you’ve purchased as many times as you wish for as long as you like in accordance with the terms stated in the license agreement.

How soon will I received the music purchased?

Sailmusiclibrary.com sends a download link to the email address that you provide after the transaction has been processed. Just click on the link and follow the instructions to download the music.

How am I allowed to use the music I purchased from Sailmusiclibrary.com?

Is there any restriction on the transfer of music obtained from Sailmusiclibrary.com?

Can I return a music file and get a refund?

When you have purchased and downloaded our music, Sailmusiclibrary.com cannot offer a refund unless an error has occurred.

In what type of file format will the music be sent to me?

Our music is provided in a superior CD quality .wav format as well as in MP3 (High-quality) format for full flexibility.

Will the voice-over be present when I purchase music?

The voice-over "Sail Preview" is only present with the music in preview. After your purchase, it is removed.
